Class Options

Check out a few of the group classes we provide to get you moving towards your goal faster!

Group Functional Class

This class is meant to cater to your individual needs in order to get you stronger while improving mobility. Not everyone will do the exact same exercise but you will definitely feel the work! If you are looking for a workout routine that will help ward off injuries and keep you moving the way you should while increasing strength then this is for you!

Kettlebell Strength and Movement (Kettlebell and Bodyweight)

In this kettlebell class you will develop strength, power and muscle stamina all while building better movement patterns. Our goal is to teach you the foundational concepts of kettlebell and at the same time we will give you a workout that will challenge you both physically and mentally. Our kettlebell program is designed for everyone! If it is your first time swinging a kettlebell, if you’re a fitness enthusiast, or if you’re a trained athlete, this class is for you! Come join us for an exciting approach to kettlebell and you will see and feel the immense results!

Tuesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Fridays 5:45am to 6:30am

Fast Functional Fitness (TRX Suspension/ KB / Battle Rope / Bodyweight)

In this fast-paced, high-intensity, circuit style class you will be challenged in several different ways. You will build speed, power, strength, and muscular endurance while you conquer each piece of equipment in today’s circuit. Be ready to sweat, move and work! You will be performing anything and everything from TRX Suspension Training, to Battle Ropes, Kettlebell Movements and Bodyweight Strength and Plyometrics! If you’re looking for a workout to burn calories, if you’re trying to build muscular endurance, or if you’re trying to take your fitness to a new level, this is the class for you!

Circuit Strength (Suspension / Kettlebell / Dumbbell / Barbell)

The goal in this class is to work on muscle growth (hypertrophy). You will learn and develop your lifting techniques and work on high volume exercises. You will utilize several pieces of equipment: Barbell, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Bodyweight movements to challenge your muscles. Muscle is the ultimate fat burner, so if you want to start burning, let’s start working!
